Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and the people who run blockzero ("blockzero", "we", "us"). They cover everything you do with blockzero: browsing useblockzero.app, using its API, connecting a wallet, launching or trading a coin, earning XP, and receiving anything blockzero pays out. If you don't agree with them, don't use blockzero.
They're written in plain language on purpose. The parts most likely to cost you money aren't hidden.
1. What blockzero is
blockzero is a launchpad on Solana. Coins are created through public on-chain programs: Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve, and blockzero's own rules program for Degen coins. Coins trade on Meteora's curves and pools and on apps we don't run, like Axiom and Jupiter. Most of what happens is on-chain and signed by your own wallet. Section 4 lists the parts that pass through wallets we operate.
2. We're not your adviser
Nothing on blockzero is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. That includes listings, market caps, leaderboards, dev ranks, XP, reward figures and anything we post. Using blockzero doesn't make us your broker, adviser or fiduciary.
3. Your wallet, your transactions
We never hold your keys. Launches, trades and claims are transactions you review and sign in your own wallet, and a confirmed transaction can't be reversed by anyone, including us. We can't recover funds sent to the wrong address, signed into a scam site, or lost to a compromised wallet. Network and priority fees are yours.
4. Wallets we operate
Some money passes through wallets we run. We'd rather say so than have you find out. Their addresses are on the docs page, and every transaction they make is public.
- The pot receives launch fees and every coin's trading fees, pays for the 20% buy on Standard and Team coins, and holds each coin's buyback share until it's spent.
- The distributor holds the tokens and SOL being paid out to holders: drips, vaults, holder rewards and the dev's 2%.
- The buyback wallet buys and burns $ZERO.
- The operations wallet covers running costs and network fees.
Between being claimed and being paid out, money sits in these wallets. That doesn't make us a bank, exchange or custodian. There's no account balance held for you and nothing to withdraw.
5. Launch fees
Standard and Team launches cost 2 SOL. The fee pays for the 20% buy and isn't refundable, except that exactly 2 SOL becomes claimable by the dev on the claim page if the coin graduates. Degen launches are free apart from rent and network fees. Paid extras, like Dex paid at launch, aren't refundable.
6. Trading fees
Every blockzero coin has a trading fee set on-chain when it's created. That rate is permanent: we can't change it, and neither can the dev. Meteora keeps part of it, and we split the rest between the coin's holders (or its team, in Team mode), the launch pot, $ZERO buybacks and operations, as shown in the docs. We can change how future claims are split. Fees already claimed are split under the rules that applied when they were claimed.
7. The 20% buy
On Standard and Team coins, blockzero buys 20% of supply in the coin's creation transaction. It goes to $ZERO holders over 12 hours, to the coin's 12-hour vault or the team's locked LP, and 2% to the dev. A vault whose coin isn't alive at hour 12 is burned. blockzero doesn't sell any of it.
8. Payouts are features, not promises
Holder rewards, drips, vault payouts, the dev's 2%, the 2 SOL refund and anything else blockzero pays are mechanical features of our software. They aren't an investment product, a dividend, a yield, a revenue share or a security, and holding anything gives you no contractual right to any payment, amount or schedule.
- Payouts can be delayed, reduced, paused or stopped. They depend on our software, on Solana, on price and routing services, and on liquidity, any of which can fail.
- Minimums, thresholds, snapshot timing, eligibility and exclusions can change. Pools, exchanges, bridges and blockzero's own wallets are always left out.
- An amount that can't be delivered, for example to a wallet below the minimum holding, isn't owed to you indefinitely.
- Figures on the site showing what has been paid are history, not a forecast.
If you're buying anything here because you expect to profit from our efforts, don't buy it.
9. Coin buybacks
A Degen coin's dev can choose, at launch, to use part or all of its holders' share of fees to buy back and burn the coin. That choice is fixed when the coin launches. Buybacks run on a schedule, are kept small enough not to move the price more than about 1%, and can be delayed or paused like any payout. They aren't a commitment to support any price, and past buybacks don't promise future ones.
10. Coin rules and refused trades
Degen coins can carry rules built into the token itself. A trade that breaks a rule is refused by the blockchain, by design. When that happens you pay the network fee and any priority fee your app added, and nothing else.
- No snipers is always on: only the dev can buy in roughly the first 3 seconds of trading.
- On coins limited to Established or OG wallets, a wallet we haven't checked yet has its first buy refused while it's checked, and may be refused for good if it doesn't qualify.
- Other rules, like wallet caps, no splitting and one buyer per transaction, are checked inside each trade.
- Rules set to last until migration switch off when the coin graduates. Rules set to last forever stay on, and that coin never graduates.
- Trading apps don't always explain refusals well and may show unrelated errors. The docs list what each code means.
The rules program is software and can have bugs. We don't promise that every rule will stop every bad actor.
11. Wallet checks
To run coin rules, blockzero checks wallets using public blockchain data: when a wallet was first funded, how many transactions it has, and who funded it. The results are written on-chain, where coin rules read them. We can block wallets from rule-enforced coins for fraud, attacks or abuse. If you think we got your wallet wrong, contact us.
12. $ZERO, XP and the airdrop
- XP is a points system we keep to recognise people who use blockzero. It isn't money, property or a token, and it can't be bought, sold or transferred.
- XP gives you no right to any tokens. Any airdrop, including how XP turns into an allocation, its timing, tiers and unlock conditions, is up to us. We can change, delay or cancel it.
- We can adjust or remove XP that comes from wash trading, self-dealing, linked or farmed wallets, exploits, or anything else we reasonably think is gaming the system.
- Until we announce a claim on our own site and on X at @blockzeroapp, there's nothing to claim. Any other "claim" link is a scam.
- $ZERO buybacks and burns are history, not a commitment, and holding $ZERO gives you no right to revenue, buybacks or payouts.
13. Listings, and what we can do about them
Anyone can launch on blockzero. We don't vet, audit or endorse coins or their creators, and a listing doesn't mean a coin is genuine or safe. Scams, copies and rug pulls are risks of any open launchpad. We can hide any coin, image, link or profile from the website, refuse a launch, or cut a coin off from features like payouts, at our discretion, especially for fraud, impersonation, manipulation or legal risk. Hiding something doesn't remove it from the blockchain.
14. Your content
When you launch a coin you supply its name, ticker, image, description and links. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to show and share that content to run and promote blockzero. You promise you have the rights to it and that it doesn't impersonate anyone or infringe anyone's rights. blockzero may add notes to a coin's description, such as its rules or how its fees are used, so traders can see them.
15. What you can't do
- Launch coins that impersonate a real person, brand or project, or are designed to deceive buyers.
- Manipulate markets, including wash trading, or farm XP or rewards with linked or fake wallets.
- Attack, probe, overload or try to exploit the site, the API, the programs or the wallets we run.
- Use blockzero for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or anything illegal where you are.
We can limit or end anyone's access for any of this without warning.
16. Eligibility
You can only use blockzero if you're an adult where you live and it's legal for you to do so. You can't use it if you're in, or resident in, a country under comprehensive sanctions, or if you're on a sanctions list. Whether a coin or any token counts as a security or something else where you live is for you to check.
17. Risks
Coins, especially new ones, can be extremely volatile and illiquid, and can go to zero fast and stay there. Small trades can move thin markets a lot. Only risk what you can afford to lose. blockzero depends on things we don't control: Solana, Meteora, Jupiter, Axiom and other trading apps, RPC and price providers, IPFS, X, Vercel and Railway. Any of them, and we, can have bugs, outages or errors. Prices and figures on the site can be late or wrong.
18. No warranty, and limits on our liability
blockzero is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using blockzero or anything launched, traded or paid out through it, including lost funds or profits and indirect or consequential losses, however caused. Some places don't allow some of these limits, so parts may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud.
19. Indemnity
If we're sued or fined because of your coin, your content, your trading, or your breaking these terms or the law, you'll cover our losses and reasonable legal costs. "We" includes the people who run, work on or contribute to blockzero.
20. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we'll post a notice on the site for big changes. Changes apply from when they're posted, not before. If you keep using blockzero after a change, the new terms apply to you.
21. The rest
If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't giving it up. You can't transfer these terms; we can, to whoever takes over blockzero. These terms are the whole agreement between us about blockzero.

Privacy
We collect as little as we can. Here is all of it.
What we store
- Wallet addresses that launch, trade or hold blockzero coins, or get looked up on the site. These are public on the blockchain anyway.
- Trading and holding records for blockzero coins (trades, hourly holdings and fees paid), read from the public blockchain, to calculate rewards, dev ranks and XP.
- Wallet check results: a wallet's age, transaction count and funding source, from public blockchain data, used for coin rules. Results are written on-chain.
- Your X username, if you verify an X account. We only store the account name, to show it on your coins and profile.
- Coin details you submit: name, ticker, image, description and links. These are public, and some are stored permanently on-chain or on IPFS.
- Basic server logs, such as IP addresses, kept briefly to stop abuse and rate-limit requests.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't ask for your name, email or keys.
In your browser
The site keeps a few small settings in your browser's local storage, such as the last wallet you looked up on Your share. You can clear them any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Services we rely on
The site is hosted on Vercel and the API on Railway. We read the blockchain through a Solana RPC provider, store coin images on IPFS, use X to verify accounts, and fetch prices from public price services. Each of these handles requests under its own privacy policy.
